- The client agrees to provide Ramzytech with all necessary access to information required to complete the project, including textual content, photographs, and other required materials.
- Once a project quote is approved, a deposit is required upfront to begin work on the project, While the usual deposit is 25%, RamzyTech only requires just 10% deposit of the project fee to cover the start-up costs.
- The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project and must be paid before the website, app, or ERP system is made live.
2. Privacy Policy
At Ramzytech, we are committed to protecting your privacy:
- We collect personal information when necessary, such as when you request a quote, sign up for our services, or contact us.
- We use this information to provide you with the best possible service and to communicate with you about our services.

3. Refund Policy
Our goal at Ramzytech is to ensure customer satisfaction:
- If you are dissatisfied with the completed project, please contact us within 7 days of project completion to discuss your concerns.
- Refunds will be provided at the discretion of Ramzytech. The decision will depend on the nature of the project, the work completed, and the specific circumstances.
- If a refund is granted, it may take up to 14 working days to process and will be made using the original method of payment.
